Ricardo optimizes operations with his software engineering background, while Patricia ensures every property is guest-ready with her keen eye for detail. Patricia’s background in interior design and AutoCAD drafting has been instrumental in shaping Acuity’s reputation for excellence. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, ensuring that every property feels like a home away from home. Guests consistently praise Acuity properties for being spotless and thoughtfully designed, a testament to Patricia’s hard work and dedication.

Starting as a team decision with her husband Ricardo, Patricia has grown to love the Airbnb business. Over the past five years, she’s honed her skills in design and staging, ensuring that every guest experience is exceptional. For Patricia, the most rewarding part of her work is hearing the “wow” from guests as they walk into a property for the first time and reading reviews that validate her meticulous approach.

Ricardo Tejeda

Ricardo brings over 25 years of experience in software engineering, having worked on projects ranging from defense systems in assembly programming to iOS applications for leading organizations like ITT Industries, General Dynamics, CBS Sports, and Medbridge. Property management has been a family business for over 30 years, but after COVID, Ricardo saw an opportunity to pivot to Airbnb rentals, combining his technical expertise with operational excellence.

His unique blend of logic, strategy, and persistence ensures every property under Acuity’s management thrives. Ricardo thrives on solving new challenges and providing value, not just for clients, but for employees and guests as well. He’s passionate about lifelong learning, constantly consuming content and books to fill knowledge gaps and improve Acuity’s services.
