A listing photo shoot
We are Airbnb operators who take photographs, not photographers who happen to shoot rentals. Your first photo is a thumbnail in a grid of forty others and it has to stop someone scrolling. We run our own listings, so we know which shots get bookings and which ones get ignored. Normally $99 to $200 depending on size.
Licensing and compliance
Renting short term in Pompano Beach takes three separate approvals: the state lodging licence, a Broward County business tax receipt and a City of Pompano Beach one. We prepare and file all three and get the property ready for inspection. Normally $199. You would still pay the government fees, which are yours either way and which we pass through at cost.
How it works

- We pick one application a week. We read every one and choose ourselves rather than drawing a name.
